These are three tracks made entirely on the iPhone app "Auxy." They are part of a joint release with a three-recipe ebook, which includes vegan beet recipes. As you might guess, there is a shredded beet salad recipe, a ginger beet soup, and beet burgers.

While the songs weren't originally composed with those specific dishes in mind, these song titles seem to make some sense.

Creativity is awesome. It can happen anywhere, with any tools, and with any medium. Writing and recording music satisfy me in the same way that writing and cooking do, so I decided to combine them on this fun release.
